We’re on the hunt for a full-time bike mechanic who knows their way around a workshop and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. If you’re the kind of person who with exceptional attention for detail and can work in a fast pace bicycle workshop, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Servicing and repairing a wide range of bikes — from daily commuters to high-end e-bikes and MTBs & road bikes
- Building new bikes out of the box and making them ride-ready
- Diagnosing issues quickly (and fixing them properly the first time)
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and running smoothly
- Chatting with customers about their bikes, explaining repairs
- Jumping in to help the retail team when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Solid mechanical experience (shop experience essential)
- Strong attention to detail — no shortcuts here
- Good time management and ability to juggle multiple jobs
- Friendly, easygoing attitude with customers and the team
- A genuine love of bikes and riding
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with e-bike systems (Bosch, Shimano, Specialized and Brose)
- Wheel building skills
- Suspension servicing knowledge
